The location was pretty central, I will give them that.

The room gadgets looked high tech, but I couldn't figure out HOW to use them. It WAS irritating.

The staff was kind. The reception team allowed an earlier check-in. The hotel made additional facilities available without additional cost. I felt so loved.

I found black marks on the walls. I noticed black marks on the floors too. I saw friction marks. The cleaner disturbed me even with a sign on the door. The cleaner did not return to clean the room during the day. My heart was broken.

tasteful decor large room equipped fridge

the room was large and well-equipped. it included a fridge and air conditioning. the lights and decor were tastefully chosen. the room offered an inviting and relaxing feel.

There were multiple strands of hair on the bed. This was disappointing though the staff was quick to solve it.

the location is central and very close to the train station i found it easy to access other areas. i appreciated the cleanliness i noticed throughout the hotel. i also enjoyed the breakfast it included many choices for everyone.

my room was quite small this was disappointing as i had expected more space. the soundproofing was not good and i heard doors slamming often. the lack of bathrobes in my room was a letdown given they were advertised.

easy access comfortable bed helpful staff

the staff were helpful for check-in. the room included modern equipment. the bed and pillows were comfortable. i found this a very nice hotel. i appreciated easy access to the shopping centre.

the window's sound blocking was insufficient, i could hear street traffic in my room.

friendly staff great quality

the hotel staff was very friendly. the breakfast had great quality and price. i felt charmed by the service i received and how clean everything was. rooms had all necessities i needed.

the bed was small and too hard. i did not get any sleep because of it.
